Dallas Commercial Window Cleaners provides commercial window cleaning services to businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. Services include but are not limited to exterior window cleaning, interior window cleaning, high-rise window cleaning, storefront glass cleaning, and related maintenance services.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, accessibility, and scope of work. We strive to provide accurate estimates, but reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment methods. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.

6. Service Follow-Up

If you have questions about completed services, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review your concerns and coordinate next steps.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Property Access

The client is responsible for providing safe access to all areas requiring service. This includes unlocking doors, moving obstacles, and ensuring the safety of our technicians while on the property.

9. Weather Conditions

Window cleaning services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditions that may affect safety or service quality.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
